Class length: 4 hours
Content is created for: ALL SPA STAFF – Front desk, Concierge, Support Staff and Treatment Providers
Class objective: To define the ‘why’ behind or spa’s ethical standards & professionalism keeping your reputation, and industry standards high. Encouraging and engaging staff members to view each professional topic from a different perspective, to view each topic from the guest’s perspective with group discussions, and to participate in personal reflection with the goal to encourage individual and personal growth from your employees
Class credentials: Content is approved and accredited through the NCBTMB as a continuing education class and is a certificate course if desired
(Certificate for all staff & *CEU’s for MT’s)
Fee’s:
4-hour flat group rate (up to a max 15) $2100, and an additional $225 per groups of 5 thereafter
Content will cover: *and be applicable to both, professional guest interactions and private (in-room) team interactions

Part 2: Treatment room / Guest area standards & adding value
Class length: 2 hours
Content is created for: TREATMENT PROVIDER STAFF – However, would be valuable for Front desk, Concierge, Support Staff to attend
Class objective: To encourage treatment staff to view each guest interaction as an opportunity to create an experience over just a treatment; this is done through preparation and preparedness of treatments and potential treatments for upgrades, as well as upscale guest interactions and true customization of treatments through thorough intakes & communication with the guest
Class credentials: Content is approved and accredited through the NCBTMB as a continuing education class and is a certificate course if desired
(Certificate for all staff & *CEU’s for MT’s)
Fee’s: (*Part 2 of the 2-part series)
2-hour flat group rate (max 15) $1000, and an additional $250 per groups of 5 thereafter
Content will cover: *and be applicable to both, professional guest interactions and private team interactions
